Can't say enough good things about this stuff. I linked the 48" long pieces but other lengths are available to suit your needs. All of my interior cabinetry is framed with this stuff as is my solar roof rack. This series has a slot on all 4-sides.

This is the smaller 1" profile. I used this for construction of my battery box. I do prefer working with the 1.5" 15-series a bit more.

Curious about using this as a platform bed mount along with cabinets in the garage ? I'm planning on sleeping East west, this seems ore complex then just using a rail of 1.5 " ???

I use this in the 80/20 profiles to make sliding cabinet doors. This is the stuff used up top; see store for the profile used at the bottom.
