Healthy Eating | Our Staples

When we're staying somewhere for a while, these are the healthy eating staples we aim to stock up on. Nourishing staples that we always have in the pantry (except when we're traveling!) Alongside these items we eat a wide range of fresh, local fruit and vegetables, and a little full-fat dairy, and eggs, plus the odd 'super' foods from time to time (mostly we rely on fruits and veggies for their super-ness). #healthyeating
