The Educopilot Budget-Friendly Remote Teaching Kit Contest

So much has changed in the past few months, and teachers have, like so many times before, had to adapt to the challenges of the day to ensure learning continues for students. As a fellow educator, Al Thomas started Educopilot because he believes in the power of education and wants to be a resource and help teachers enhance learning for all students.

With that in mind, we know that for many teachers, the reality is they may not have access or the ability to invest in new items that might save time and make their life easier in a remote learning environment.

Kit and Educopilot are inviting you to win a Remote Teaching Kit so that you can set up your classroom to succeed remotely. Read below to see how you can win and to see details on the prizes.

Contest Overview

If you’re already a member of the #eduflightcrew, you’ve likely seen their new “My three favorite tools for remote teaching and professional development!” video. In this video, Al Thomas of Educopilot shows you some of the gear that he’s found to be the best for teaching online.

We’re raising awareness of the challenges educators face and providing them with the resources they need to teach effectively without sacrificing financial stability. Additionally, we’re promoting Donors Choose, a nonprofit organization that allows individuals to donate directly to public school classroom projects. Please consider registering for donorschoose.org if you need teaching gear or donating to them to help supply it to those that do!

In our pursuit of finding the best Kits for remote teaching, Kit and Educopilot are inviting you to show us the best Remote Teaching Kit. We want to see the gear that you feel would be best for someone transitioning to online teaching.

  • How cost-effective and reasonable your Kit is for its intended users
  • Quality of descriptions of Kit and items in the Kit
  • How well the Kit fits the grade or type student you teach
  • How well the entrant tells the story of their Kit and what the Kit is for

We’re looking for the best Kits for someone looking to get everything they need to teach online. If your Kit does that at a reasonable price point for teachers, then you’re on the right track!

Team Kit will reach out to contact the three winners via the email they use with their Kit account one week after the contest’s conclusion, on October 8th.
