Contest Overview
One of Swashin’s popular video series is called ‘Setup Builds’ where he makes a complete setup within a budget — for example — check out this desk setup from MKBHD.
This month we’re inviting the Kit community to do the same. We want to see your complete mobile setup.
Entry Period & How To Enter
The contest begins at 1pm EST on Monday July 18th, 2016 and ends at 1pm EST on Sunday July 31st, 2016.
- Go to Kit.com and make an account
- Create a complete mobile setup for $1,500 or under. Once you’ve given your kit a title, make sure in the kit description field to use the hashtag #JulySetupBuilds.
3. Your setup must include the following items: a laptop and/or a tablet. Once those required items have been added, feel free to add additional products that make the kit unique to you. There is no limit to the number of items you can add to a kit, however the kit’s total dollar value cannot exceed $1,500 USD as based on the price per item from the products’ linked availability.
The Judging Process
From July 18th through July 31st, all entries that have been properly submitted using the #JulySetupBuilds hashtag can be viewed here. If you like a kit, give it a heart. The two kits with the most hearts at 1pm on July 31st will win the contest.
Swashin will announce the two winners on August 1st, 2016.

Two winners will be chosen to receive a $250 Amazon gift card — use this money to make your own personal setup even better!
